Nightingale Gets 2024 Early Access Release Date

Nightingale, the upcoming survival crafting game from former BioWare developers, has been delayed again. The game is now scheduled to enter early access on February 22, 2024, for PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store.

The delay comes after Nightingale was originally slated to launch in 2022, but was then pushed back to early 2023. Inflexion Games, the developer of Nightingale, said that the delay was necessary to “ensure that the game is in the best possible state for launch.”

In a blog post, Inflexion Games said that the team has been working hard to improve the game based on feedback from playtesters. The team has also been upgrading the game to use Unreal Engine 5.2.

“We’re confident that the extra time will be well spent, and that Nightingale will be the best game it can be when it launches in Early Access,” Inflexion Games said.

Nightingale is set in a Victorian gaslamp fantasy world where players must survive in a dangerous and ever-changing environment. The game features a variety of crafting, building, and exploration mechanics. Players can also team up with friends to build settlements and explore the world together.
