Spider-Man 2 to Expand Marvel’s New York

Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, the upcoming sequel to the critically acclaimed PlayStation 5 game, will feature an expanded version of New York City, including the boroughs of Queens and Brooklyn. This was confirmed by Insomniac Games, the game’s developer, in a recent interview.

The expanded map will be roughly twice the size of the map in Marvel’s Spider-Man, and will include a variety of new locations to explore, such as Coney Island, Citi Field, and Prospect Park.

Insomniac Games has also said that the new map will be more diverse than the previous one, with a wider range of neighborhoods and environments to explore.

The expanded map is just one of the many new features that Insomniac Games is adding to Marvel’s Spider-Man 2. The game will also feature two playable characters, Peter Parker and Miles Morales, both of whom will have their own unique abilities and playstyles.

Players will be able to swap between the two characters at any time, which should allow for a more varied and dynamic gameplay experience.

Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is scheduled to be released for the PlayStation 5 in 2023.
