Warhammer Age of Sigmar real-time strategy game, Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Realms of Ruin, has finally received a release date. The game will launch on November 17 for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
In addition to the release date announcement, the developers at Frontier Developments have also revealed the third of the game’s four factions: the Nighthaunt.
The Nighthaunt are an army of ghostly apparitions powered by dark magic. They are led by the Mortarchs, powerful undead warlords.
The Nighthaunt join the Stormcast Eternals and the Orruk Kruleboyz as the third playable faction in Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Realms of Ruin. The Stormcast Eternals are a faction of god-like warriors who have been resurrected to fight for Sigmar, the god of order.
The Orruk Kruleboyz are a faction of savage orcs who are known for their cunning and brutality.
Along with the release date and new faction announcement, Frontier Developments also revealed that Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Realms of Ruin will feature a new multiplayer mode called Domination.
In Domination mode, two teams of players will battle to control strategic points on the map. The team that controls the most points at the end of the match wins.
